VISTANA® SIGNATURE EXPERIENCES RESORTS – Availability in Abound by Marriott Vacations® starting 12 months prior to check-in applies to inventory made available by Vistana Signature Network® Owners electing to receive Club Points.

LUXURY RESORTS BOOKING WINDOW – Select The Ritz-Carlton Club® resorts available through the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program. There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement at The Ritz-Carlton Club®, St. Thomas. Subject to change without notice. The 6-month reservation window for Owner and Select levels is not applicable to The Ritz-Carlton Club®, Vail, for which the normal reservation windows will apply.

LAST-MINUTE CLUB POINTS RESERVATION DISCOUNT – Discounts are only available for Owner-occupied reservations. Discounts are not available for unaccompanied guests’ reservations.

THE MARRIOTT VACATION CLUBS® RENTAL DISCOUNT – Based on availability. Discounts are only available for Owner-occupied reservations. Discounts are not available for unaccompanied guests’ reservations. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Excludes luxury property locations other than The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail.

MAINTENANCE FEE CREDIT – Eligible Owners may redeem Club Points from the current Use Year for a maintenance fee credit in accordance with their applicable benefit level. Only current Use Year Club Points may be used; banked or borrowed Club Points are not eligible. Maintenance fee credit is applied as a credit toward the Owner’s maintenance fees, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and is subject to redemption requirements, applicable limits, and timing.

MARRIOTT BONVOY ELITE STATUS – Subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy® program, as may be modified from time to time. New Owners, and existing Owners who make an additional purchase which would make them eligible for a Marriott Bonvoy Elite status upgrade at the Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, or Titanium Elite status, will receive the applicable upgrade within 3 to 4 weeks of the completion of their purchases/enrollment. Marriott Bonvoy Elite status upgrades will be subject to annual review.

Additions and reductions in ownership interest(s) that change your Owner benefit level may affect your Marriott Bonvoy Elite status.

TRADE FOR MARRIOTT BONVOY POINTS – Applies to Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Owners only. Enrolled Owners may continue to trade eligible Weeks for Marriott Bonvoy Points in accordance with the rules relevant to the Week ownership in place prior to enrollment.

ON-SITE EXPERIENCES – All on-site experience offerings are subject to availability and may be limited, modified, or unavailable depending on resort location, resort policies, rules and regulations, and/or applicable law.

INNER CIRCLE EVENTS DISCOUNTS – Owner benefit level discounts not available for all Inner Circle Events. Events offered at 1,000 Club Points or less and other select Inner Circle Events may not be eligible for Owner benefit level discounts. Inner Circle Events are subject to certain restrictions, as detailed in each offer, and are not available to residents in all states.

VACATION HOMES – Villas of Distinction® Concierge Credit are issued by Villas of Distinction and are valid for select prepaid services offered through Villas of Distinction only. Service offered is subject to availability. No cash value. The value of any unused Concierge Credit is nonrefundable. Concierge Credit cannot be applied toward booking value. May not be combined with other offers. All offers are subject to availability and may not apply to all villas or travel dates. Benefit will be applied to one booking per calendar year. Minimum night-stay requirement and other restrictions may apply.

VACATION TOURS – Credit per couple through Collette valid toward optional excursions on select guided tours. Collette credits are issued by Collette and are valid for cash purchases for experiences offered through Collette only, excluding taxes and fees. Experiences offered are subject to availability. No cash value. The value of any unused credit is nonrefundable. Collette credits cannot be applied toward booking value. May not be combined with other offers. All offers are subject to availability and may not apply to all tours or travel dates. Offer is subject to change and other restrictions may apply. The benefit is up to a maximum of two individuals per booking. Club Points discounts available on select vacation tours.

CRUISES – Offers administered and fulfilled by Arrivia Inc. d.b.a. Our Vacation Centre (“OVC”) pursuant to an agreement with Marriott Resorts, Travel Company, Inc., d.b.a. MVC Exchange Company, and Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. d.b.a. Marriott Vacation Club International (Collectively, “MVCI”). Arrivia is a Registered Seller of Travel in the following states: California: CST 2066521-50; Washington: UBI 602 443 155 001 0001; Hawai‘i: TAR-5192; and Florida: ST29452. Shore excursion credit (“Credit”) is valid for a qualified cruise sailing booked using Club Points with OVC. The Credit is redeemable through Shore Ex, a third-party provider, and must be redeemed prior to sailing date. Club Point discounts available on select cruise sailings and minimum Club Point requirements and other restrictions may apply.

THE RITZ-CARLTON YACHT COLLECTION – Available to Owners who have a benefit level of Chairman’s Club or above. Other restrictions may apply. Club Points discounts for select cruise bookings. Cruise Yacht OpCo Ltd, and its affiliate, Next-Gen Cruises Ltd are the owner of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection marks, under license from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.

COLLETTE EXCLUSIVE CLUB TOURS – Offering is available to Owners who participate in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program who have a benefit level of Chairman’s Club or higher. Tours are based on availability and subject to change without notice. Tour travel is not exclusive to Owners participating through Abound and may include Collette customers from other retail channels.

HOTELS VIA ABOUND – Hotel offerings through the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program are administered and fulfilled by Hopper, Inc., pursuant to an agreement with Marriott Resorts, Travel Company, Inc. Hotel offerings are subject to availability and subject to change. Club Point credit is applied at the time of booking and reflected as a reduction in the Club Points required for the reservation. Available to Owners at the Reserve and Pinnacle benefit levels only. Restrictions and limitations may apply.

CAR RENTAL OFFERS – Offer is exclusive of taxes, fees, insurance, and other incidentals (e.g., car seats, fuel plans, luggage rack). Benefits are valid at participating locations in the U.S. and Canada and are subject to the terms and conditions found at avis.com/en/association/J751101 or http://budget.com/en/association/D112901 . Discounts apply to base rates and are applicable to the time and mileage charges of the rental. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are extra.
